Last updated: 19 Jan, 2026

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute an agreement between you ("Customer", "User") and TinyInstaller ("we", "us", "our").

TinyInstaller provides technical tools and automation services that assist customers in reinstalling or redeploying operating systems on virtual or physical servers owned or controlled by the customer, including VPS or dedicated servers (collectively referred to as "VPS" or "Servers").

By using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

2. Nature of the Service

TinyInstaller provides:

  • Automation tools, scripts, and technical workflows for operating system deployment
  • Assistance for multiple operating systems, including Windows and Linux
  • Services limited strictly to technical setup and deployment assistance

All deployments are initiated and executed by the customer on servers they own or control.

Important Clarification

  • TinyInstaller does not sell, distribute, license, activate, or provide operating systems
  • TinyInstaller does not provide software licenses, product keys, or activation tools
  • TinyInstaller does not provide downloadable operating system images
  • Customers must already possess lawful rights and valid licenses for any operating system they deploy

3. Customer Responsibilities

By using TinyInstaller, you agree that:

  • You are authorized by your VPS or server provider to reinstall or modify the operating system
  • You are solely responsible for software licensing, copyright compliance, and legality of use
  • You have backed up all important data prior to deployment

TinyInstaller does not verify license ownership, entitlement, or provider permissions.

4. Service Access and Usage Limits

Service access may include one or more of the following, depending on the selected plan:

  • Usage quotas or deployment credits
  • Deployment attempt limits
  • Concurrent deployment limits

Service usage represents automation service usage only.

Successful deployments consume service usage and are non-refundable, even if the server is later deleted, rebuilt, or modified.

Unused service capacity does not roll over unless explicitly stated.

5. Service Expiry

Service access is provided for a defined period. Once expired:

  • New operating system deployments cannot be initiated
  • Existing servers already deployed are not affected

Expired service access cannot be restored unless renewed.

6. Supported Environments

TinyInstaller typically supports:

  • KVM-based virtualization
  • 64-bit Intel or AMD CPUs
  • Selected VPS providers listed on our website

Compatibility with all providers, hardware types, or configurations is not guaranteed. Dedicated servers or non-standard architectures may not be supported.

7. Deployment Limitations and Risks

Operating system deployment may involve technical complexity. By using the service, you acknowledge that:

  • Deployment errors may occur
  • Servers may become temporarily or permanently inaccessible
  • VPS providers may restrict operating system changes or rebuilding after custom deployments

TinyInstaller is not responsible for provider-imposed limitations or restrictions.

8. Data Loss Disclaimer

All data on a server may be permanently erased during operating system deployment. You are solely responsible for backing up data prior to using the service.

9. Provider Control and Reinstallation

Reverting to a previous operating system typically requires access to your VPS provider’s control panel.

TinyInstaller:

  • Does not provide provider control panel access
  • Does not offer tools to reinstall operating systems from within an already deployed OS

If you do not control the provider account, reinstallation or recovery may be impossible.

10. Payments

  • Payment is required after successful order placement
  • Services do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated
  • Unpaid orders may be cancelled automatically
  • Cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable

11. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued at our discretion. By default:

  • Payments are non-refundable once service access is granted
  • Refunds may be considered within 7 days for first-time customers only
  • Service usage exceeding 10% disqualifies refund eligibility

12. Chargebacks and Disputes

Disputed or charged-back payments may result in:

  • Immediate service suspension or termination
  • Administrative review fees to cover processing and investigation costs

Abuse of the dispute process may result in permanent account restriction.

13. Fraudulent Activity

Services obtained through fraudulent or unauthorized means will be terminated immediately. Associated data may be deleted without recovery.

14. Support Scope

TinyInstaller provides support only for service-related deployment and automation issues.

We do not provide:

  • Operating system usage support
  • Application or workload configuration support
  • Software licensing or activation assistance

15. Prohibited Use

You may not use TinyInstaller to:

  • Circumvent software licensing requirements
  • Violate VPS provider terms or policies
  • Engage in illegal, infringing, or abusive activities

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for violations.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

17. Limitation of Liability

TinyInstaller shall not be liable for:

  • Data loss
  • Service interruption
  • Provider lockouts or restrictions
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

18. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws without regard to conflict of law principles.
