By using TinyInstaller, you agree to the collection and use of information described in this Policy.

2. Services Covered by This Policy

TinyInstaller consists of two separate components:

Client Portal

The Client Portal is used for:

Account registration
Purchasing service credits or access keys
Billing and order management
Support requests

Deployment Application

The TinyInstaller application is used for:

Operating system deployment automation
Server deployment workflows

The deployment application does not require user accounts and typically operates using an access key provided by the customer.

3. Information We Collect

Client Portal Information

When using the Client Portal, we may collect:

Email address
Username
Billing and order information
Support communications
Service usage records

Deployment Information

When using the deployment application, we may process:

Access keys
VPS IP addresses
Deployment parameters
Operating system deployment selections
Technical deployment logs

Technical Information

We may automatically collect:

IP address
Browser information
Device information
Access logs
Error logs

4. How We Use Information

We use information to:

Provide deployment services
Process orders and payments
Deliver access keys and service entitlements
Troubleshoot technical issues
Prevent fraud and abuse

5. Credentials and Server Access

TinyInstaller may temporarily process credentials, access keys, or deployment-related information required to perform a requested deployment.

Such information is used solely for deployment purposes.

TinyInstaller does not intentionally maintain persistent access to customer servers after deployment completion.

Customers are responsible for changing passwords, rotating credentials, and securing deployed systems after installation.

6. Server Content and Monitoring

TinyInstaller is designed to automate operating system deployment.

TinyInstaller does not monitor, inspect, analyze, or collect customer files, application data, databases, or operating system contents after deployment completion, except where technically required to provide a requested service.

TinyInstaller does not provide ongoing server management or monitoring services.

7. Data Retention

TinyInstaller retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide its services, fulfill contractual obligations, maintain security, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and comply with applicable legal requirements.

Our standard retention periods are as follows:

Order records: Completed orders are anonymized 18 months after completion and scheduled for deletion 24 months after completion, unless retention is required for legal, accounting, payment dispute, chargeback or fraud prevention purposes.
Inactive customer accounts: Customer accounts that have been inactive for 2 years are automatically scheduled for deletion, subject to outstanding transactions, legal obligations and other legitimate retention requirements.
Deployment logs: Deployment logs are retained for up to 6 months after deployment completion, unless a longer period is reasonably necessary to investigate security incidents, resolve disputes or comply with legal requirements.
Credentials and access keys: Temporary credentials and access keys are deleted as soon as they are no longer required to perform the requested service, subject to necessary security and troubleshooting requirements.
Technical logs: Server access logs, error logs and security logs may be retained for the period necessary to maintain service security, investigate incidents and prevent abuse, subject to applicable retention requirements.
Support communications: Support tickets and related communications are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to resolve requests, maintain service records and comply with applicable legal obligations.

These retention periods are standard targets and may vary where necessary to resolve disputes, process refunds, investigate fraud, maintain security, comply with applicable laws or preserve records required for legal proceedings.

When personal information is no longer required, we delete it or anonymize it where appropriate. Anonymized information may be retained for statistical, operational and analytical purposes, provided it cannot reasonably be used to identify an individual.

Data contained in backups may remain until the applicable backup retention cycle expires. Such data remains subject to appropriate safeguards.

Nothing in this section limits any data subject rights available under applicable law.

8. Sharing of Information

TinyInstaller does not sell customer data.

Information may be shared only when necessary with:

Payment processors
Service providers acting on our behalf
Legal authorities when required by law

9. Cookies

The Client Portal may use cookies or similar technologies for:

Authentication
Session management
Security
Analytics

Users may disable cookies through browser settings, although some features may not function correctly.

The deployment application does not rely on browser cookies.

10. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect customer information.

However, no method of transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security.

TinyInstaller may use third-party services, including:

Payment providers

Infrastructure providers

Such services may collect and process information according to their own privacy policies.
